Diferencias entre la carta de presentación y el curriculum vitae

Con un currículum únicamente se puede mostrar la formación y la experiencia laboral. Ventajas y razones de redactar una carta de presentación

Ya has podido ver en el paso anterior qué puedes mostrar en una carta de presentación, y no puedes mostrar en el currículum vitae, pero ahora, es necesario indagar un poco más al respecto. Si estás interesado en un puesto de trabajo, lo primero que haces es pensar en hacerles llegar tu currículum vitae, pero si te conformas solo con eso, es posible que tu currículum, por muy bueno que sea, no sea tenido en cuenta, bien porque tu currículum no resulta atrayente, o porque es resto de candidatos cuentan con una formación y experiencia similar.

Por ese motivo, es importante que adjuntes una carta de presentación a tu currículum vitae, para poder conectar con la persona o personas encargadas de adjudicar el puesto de trabajo. En la actualidad hay una competencia enorme, y para un puesto de trabajo que se oferta puede haber cientos de personas que desean ese puesto. Esto hace que sea de vital importancia poder destacarse del resto, sino lo haces estarás perdido.

Es realmente importante que te esmeres en realizar tu carta de presentación, y que no lo hagas con prisas, pues solo gracias a ella, podrás mostrar tus aptitudes y actitudes, y conectar de forma emocional con el departamento de recursos humanos.
